Invite Status
We currently offer three different status views to help you filter and manage your individuals - Invite Status, Completion Status and Approval Status. This article discusses the invite status.
What is the invite status?
The invite status is a function that provides clarity on the invitation and allows you to filter, to help manage your individuals. There are five status options available:
- Invited - This status means that an invitation has been issued to an individual for them to complete but the individual has not yet started it.
- Active - This status means that an invitation has been issued to an individual for them to complete and they have either started or completed the issued checks.
- Expired - This status means that the invitation has been expired, and is no longer accessible to the individual. If you wish for the individual to still complete a journey, you will have to issue them a new journey which you can do here. If you wish to expire individuals, please see our guide on how to do this here.
- Not Invited - This status means that no invitation has been issued to the individual. This could be because you have run manual checks on them, run an in-person check or just created the profile without issuing them anything.
- Invite Bounced - This status means that the contact details provided for the individual were incorrect, and the invitation has not been able to send. In these cases, we recommend updating the contact details and resending the invitation, you can read how to do this here.
How do you filter by the invite status?
You can filter by the invite status by using the 'status' button above the individuals table as can be seen below.
Can you update the invite status?
You are not able to update the the invite status however if you wish to have status options you can alter yourself, please see our approval status/filter here.
