Developments

This release includes a combination of platform improvements, validation enhancements, performance updates, and bug fixes across reporting, onboarding, and property verification workflows.

Improvements & New Features

Added configurable “Date Purpose” options within the Form Builder to allow more tailored validation behaviour for date fields.

Enhanced form validation for date fields, including support for:

Date of Birth validation – If age provided is outside of 16-120 range user will be advised so they can correct (non blocking)
Past date validation – Date entered will be required to be a past date and user will not be able to proceed unless amended (blocking)
Future date validation - Date entered will be required to be a future date and user will not be able to proceed unless amended (blocking)
All existing date fields will be defaulted to ‘General’ with no validation – any date items will need to be updated internally to use new validation.

Added a per-check results summary to the ‘Cover Page’ of PDF exports for quicker review of report outcomes. This will list the results of all checks included in the PDF export and will apply to both process and active check exports.

Bugs

Improved handling of SMS invite failures
- Failed SMS sends now change the invite status to “Invite Bounced” as with failed emails.
- Errors are handled more gracefully without unnecessary system failures
Fixed Proof of Ownership property matching issues with Land Registry checks:
- Address variations such as “7” and “7A” now return exact matches only
- Reduces risk of incorrect property details being retrieved

Technical Improvements

Upgraded Angular within the Entity/End user Portal to improve platform stability, maintainability, and future supportability.
Refactored a key database query to improve application performance and reduce processing overhead.
