Approval Status
We currently offer three different status views to help you filter and manage your individuals - Invite Status, Completion Status and Approval Status. This article discusses how the approval status works if you wish to incorporate it in your internal procedures when using Credas.
What is the approval status?
The approval status is a function that allows you to provide an overall pass/fail to an individual once you have reviewed their results. This approval status aims to help you manage the individuals so you can easily see any outstanding individuals and allows you to filter based on the status. There are three status options available - approved, pending and rejected.
By updating the approval status, this will also update the below button to the corresponding status.
How do you add the approval status to your table view?
If you do not currently see the approval status on your individuals table, you can add this by clicking on the toggle on the individuals page as can be seen below.
After this, choose the option 'table configuration'.
You can then choose which columns you would like to appear within your table. To add the approval status, simply tick the 'Approval Status' highlighted below.
How do you change the status?
The approval status will default to 'pending', to change the status to either 'approved' or 'rejected' you can follow either of the below options:
Option 1 - Click the actions button on the individuals page and choose either 'approve or reject'. You can also reset a status back to pending.
Option 2 - Within the individuals profile, under user details click the pencil as shown below.
You can then update the status.
How do you filter by approval status?
To filter by the approval status, simply click 'All filters' as can be seen below.
Scroll through the filter options and you will find the approval status options.
