Completion Status

This article aims to help you understand the completion status of an individual. The completion status is a new feature as of the 01/09/2025 to improve the previous 'percentage complete' status.

There are four completion status options you may see on the individuals table, these are:

Status
Description
Complete

The completion status will show as 'Complete' if the individual has completed the process (i.e. journey) you have issued them.

In Progress
The completion status will show as 'In Progress' if the individual has started the process (i.e. journey) you have issued them but not completed it. The completion status will also appear as 'In Progress' if you have sent the individual multiple processes to complete, and they have only completed all of them.
Not Started

The completion status will show as 'Not Started' if you have issued a process (i.e. journey) but this has not been started by the individual.
No Process
The completion status will show as 'No Process' if no 'process' (i.e. journey) has been sent to them. For example you may not issued them a journey, and only completed manual checks instead.

Percentage Complete

If you wish to check what percentage the individual is through their check, you can still see the percentage completion within the 'processes' tab within an individuals profile as can be seen below.
