Reviewing results
Once a check has been carried out or an individual has completed their journey, the results can be found from within the individual’s profile.
This article seeks to help you understand the results you may see within the portal. From the moment a check has been sent to the client/manually completed yourselves, the results can be found from within the individual’s profile. The colour of the check denotes the status of the check.
The colour blue indicates that the check has been requested, but not yet completed by the individual.
If a check appears as green, the check has passed. You can click 'View' if you wish to see the information/document provided by your client.
If a check appears as orange, the check has been referred and is pending validation. You will need to manually pass or fail the check yourself. You can click 'Review' to see the information/documents in question and you can update the status of the check.
The colour red indicates that the check has failed. You can click 'view' if you wish to see the information /documents provided that have failed as well as the reason for the failure.
Clicking on any of the coloured checks will allow you to see the status in more detail. From here, you can view selfies and document captures as well as pass, fail or refer a check.
