Filters That Stick
No more losing your filters! Now when you navigate around the system, we are introducing filters you set in Individuals or Masterlist tables stay exactly where you left them.
Coming soon - you’ll even be able to save filters between sessions, so logging out won’t slow you down.
More Data in CSV Exports
The new Completion Status column will now be included in CSV exports, giving you more options to track progress and keep your workflows running smoothly.
Smarter Land Registry Checks
Our new postcode lookup got a little boost! We’ve improved how address data is handled to make Land Registry checks run more successfully.
Easier Address Lookup
We’ve polished the postcode search experience to make it crystal clear:
- Postcode lookup only supports UK addresses, so the search button waits until you enter one.
- Once a valid postcode is entered, you’ll see all matching addresses to pick from.
- Validation and error messages have been improved, but you can still add international addresses manually.
Other Fixes & Improvements
- No skipping mandatory fields in forms
- Resubmitting supporting documents no longer resets IDV checks
- Correct title registers/plans are retrieved for Proof of Ownership
- Non-UK passports are easier to process with improved NFC reads
- CSV exports now work for “in person” invites
- KYB business report exports (UBOs) now display all data correctly
