Easy IDV Exports
We've added the ability to quickly generate an IDV-only PDF export from within the results screen. This can be done by clicking into the 'ID Verification' results panel, with a new 'View PDF' button at the top of the screen. By clicking this button, you will be able to quickly download the PDF, which will contain just the submitted selfie and ID Document(s).
PDF Export Improvements
We've addressed a previous issue that some clients encountered when exporting results with large supporting documents, like multi-page bank statements. This issue has been resolved, and we've also made additional layout improvements to ensure that ID results remain intact and do not break across multiple pages.
Proof of Ownership – Title Register results
Last month, we updated the system so that when multiple Title Register options are returned for a property, we can indicate if the Proof of Ownership results are a Pass/Fail/Refer for that property. We've further improved this function so that the Pass result always shows at the top of the list.
