Exporting to PDF

Once a journey has been sent to and completed by your client, you will be able to export the individual's checks and results to PDF. We offer three ways of downloading the checks to PDF:

Option 1: Exporting checks completed as part of a process/journey (such as Identity | Address |                           International Screening) into one PDF

Option 2: Exporting standalone/manual checks into one PDF (coming January 2025)

Option 3: Downloading separate PDF's for individual checks

Option 1: Downloading a PDF if a journey was sent to the individual

1. First, access the individual’s profile and click on the ‘Quick Actions' button in the top right hand corner of an individuals profile.

2. Once you have clicked on ‘Quick Actions’, select ‘Export PDF Report’. Then, click on ‘Complete now’ to continue.

3. You will need to select the process you wish to download before continuing. Once you have made your selection, you will then have the option by way of a toggle to ‘Use most recent checks’. Please note, this option is most useful if you have an individual who has carried out more than one check as it will only refer to the most recent check. When you are happy with your selection, click ‘Next’ to continue.

4. Next, a contents list will appear, allowing you to choose the sections you wish to include within the PDF export. If you would rather all sections be included, switch the ‘Select all’ toggle to the on position. Once you are satisfied with your choice, click the 'Export PDF' button.

5. Your newly PDF will appear in a screen, whereby you can either 'Download PDF' or 'Save'.

Option 2: Downloading standalone/manual checks PDF's (coming January 2025)

1. First, access the individual’s profile and click on the ‘Quick Actions' button in the top right hand corner of an individuals profile.

2. Once you have clicked on ‘Quick Actions’, select ‘Export PDF Report’. Then, click on ‘Complete now’ to continue.

3. Click on 'Active Checks'

4. Select the standalone checks that you would like to download into one PDF and then click 'Export PDF'

Option 3: Downloading each check individually

Alongside downloading manual checks and journey checks into one PDF, you can also download each check separately if you wish.

1. To download the PDF, click into the check you wish to download into PDF from the individuals profile.

2. Click the 'View PDF' button and you will then be able to save or download the PDF.
