Quick Actions Menu



The Quick Actions Menu, is a menu for some of the most popular actions within the Credas platform. The Quick Actions Menu can be found in the top right hand corner of an individuals profile and can be seen below.


This article discusses what each action is for:




Create a journey

  • This option let you send out a journey to the individual, to see more information on this, click here.

Run a data check

  • This option lets you run manual data checks on the individual such as Address & Mortality.

Export Identity Check Report

  • This option lets you download a PDF of the individual's checks if a journey has been issued. 

Add Evidence

  • This option lets you add additional documentation and evidence to an individuals profile, such as Proof of Address documents. The evidence will appear in the portal and also on the individual's PDF. More information on evidence can be found here.

Resend invite

  • This option lets you resend an invitation of a journey to the individual, if you are re-sending the invitation as their contact details are wrong, you will need to firstly edit the users detail. You can see how to do that here.

Add note

  • This options allows you to add notes to the individuals profile, these will appear on the PDF. For more information on notes, you can click here.




Depending on your portals set-up, you may also see the below option:


Add an eSign document

  • This option allows you to send an e-Sign document to the individual.




Depending on the journeys available on your portal, you may also see the below options. These allow you to quickly send one the journey to the individual:

  • Run a Right to Rent Check
  • Run a Right to Work Check
  • Run a Safe Harbour Check
  • Run a Source of Funds Check
