How to complete In-Person Checks




This article shows you how to complete an in-person check on Credas, you may wish to use this method if your client is present in your office and you wish to do the check together.

1. Firstly, you will need to create an individual. To do this, click on the 'Add new' button located to the top right of the screen.





2. The Invite Wizard will open, allowing you to create an ‘Individual’. To complete an in-person journey, please click 'Send new invite to an individual'. 





3. Next, you will be required to enter the ‘Individual’s’ personal information. You will be required to enter their ‘First name’ and ‘Last name’. Your clients ‘Date of birth’ and ‘Your reference’ fields are optional. Once you have finished adding your clients person information, select ‘Confirm details’, located at the bottom of the screen.


 




4. Next, you will be able to input the individual's contact information, including their email address. These fields are optional, and you may wish to skip over this if you are completing the in-person check. Click 'Create Profile' when you have inputted the information you wish to include.






5. You will now need to confirm which journey you wish to complete in-person.








5. You will now be presented with the contact methods screen. As you wish to complete an in-person check, please click 'Don't send an invite, I'll complete the process myself'.






6. You will then be able to complete the process yourself by either clicking the 'Complete Process now for Client Name' as can be seen below or entering the client's reg-code in the Credas App.
