Locating an individual/customer

It is important to note that the Credas term for your client is individual. When you log into the portal, you will automatically be taken to the individuals tab. The individuals tab lists all of the invitations sent, along with their progress and invite status.

When you are trying to locate an individual, there are 3 key areas to focus on which are explained below. We also have tags and folders that you can organise your clients by.

Search bar

Use the search bar located at the top of the page to find an individual. You can search either by name, reference, phone number or email address. If no results are returned, it may be that the information is incorrect or the individual hasn’t been created yet.

Filters

If you are unsure of the individual’s details, filters can be an effective tool. To locate and set your filter options, navigate to the top right of the screen (next to the search bar). Simply select any relevant checkboxes.

More information can be found here

Table configuration

If you require further options to filter by, table configuration can be an effective tool and is set on a user-by-user basis. Simply click on the cog, located at the top right of the screen and click any of the preferred checkboxes. Any alterations can be found just above the list of individuals. *Once selected, these options will remain in place until deselected.

More information on table configuration can be found here.
