Notifications

To add notifications to a user, you will need to access the Admin Portal. To access it you need to click on the 'Portal' drop down within the header of your portal. You will then be presented with a drop down list. If you cannot see an option for 'Admin Portal', you do not have the relevant permissions and will need to speak to your administrator to add the relevant permissions.

If you would like to learn more about using the Admin Portal, please see our Admin Portal User Guide here.

1. Once you are in the Admin Portal, click on the user you wish to add notifications too.

2. Next, click into the 'Notifications' tab on a users profile, as can be seen below. You will then be presented with a list of notifications available.

3. Whenever a notification is set up, you will need to turn on 'Preferences' to receive the notifications

  • To recieve notifications for your own invites, you will need to turn on 'Own invites only'.
  • To receive notifications for all checks sent out via the portal, you will need to turn on 'All invites'.
  • To receive notifications for certain user groups, toggle on user groups and select the user groups you wish to receive notifications for.

The example preferences set below will see the user receive notifications for both their own checks and all checks sent out within the portal.

4. If you wish to receive email notifications, you have a choice of the below two notifications:

  • Registration Submitted - You will receive an email notification once a check has been completed.
  • Ongoing Monitoring Alert - You will receive an email notification if an Ongoing Monitoring Alert has flagged.

4. If you wish to receive in-system notifications, you have a choice of the below notifications:
