Masterlist

'Masterlist' is a different viewpoint to 'Individuals' and offers (if configured) users who are part of multiple user groups the ability to see a full list of individuals within the user groups they are assigned to. 

For example, a user in 'User Group A' and in 'User Group B' will be able to see an overview of all checks from both user groups in the 'Masterlist', but will only be able to remediate the checks if the user has been assigned the correct permissions. However, any user assigned to 'User Group C', won't be able to view any checks from user groups A or B.

In order to navigate to 'Masterlist', from the 'Portal' select the 'Masterlist' tab (shown below). This will then generate a table view of all 'Individuals' setup by the user(s) in the relevant user groups.

Clicking on any of the 'Individuals' listed will display the results of the checks, just as the 'Individuals' tab does.

*Please note that users will not be able to send invites from this tab.
