New Features

System Banner Notifications

  • We've added the ability to create banner messages that appear across the client portal.
  • This gives us a simple way to communicate important updates, planned maintenance, or service issues directly to users. (Particularly needed for the upcoming maintenance window needed for transition to SmartSearch domain)

Registration Submitted Email Templates

  • Clients can now customise the email sent when a registration has been completed.
  • This provides greater flexibility over messaging and helps clients tailor communications to their own processes and branding. This is particularly useful for integration clients who direct their users to login to their own software and not into the Credas system.

Detailed IDV Reports via API

  • Detailed IDV reports are now available through client API endpoints.
  • This allows integrated clients to access more verification data without needing to log into the portal.

Improved Land Registry Handling

  • We've improved how Connect handles certain Land Registry responses.
  • Previously, some users could be blocked from completing a journey when a property application was pending. Users can now continue through the process while the failed check is handled appropriately.


Fixes & Improvements

We've delivered a number of fixes across the platform, including:

  • Fixed issues with NFC-only setting on IDV steps within a journey.
  • Reduced the impact of specific system errors that could cause failures.
  • Fixed issues with eSign documents not correctly populating form data.
  • Resolved problems when inviting new client users (Permission issue).
  • Restored visibility of ‘inactive’ journeys in Process Builder.

 

Security & Platform Improvements

We've also completed several behind-the-scenes improvements to strengthen the platform:

  • Added additional protection for sensitive personal data (data masking in the databases)
  • Improved reliability of webhook notifications by automatically retrying failed deliveries.
  • Updated key platform frameworks within Entity Portal to keep the platform secure, supported and performant.
