Test/Dummy Data (Demo environment only)

We have implemented methods for you to spoof certain outcomes of our active checks in the demo environment in order to assist with testing your implementation.

ID Verification - Visual Analysis

To test the various 'refer' outcomes for the Liveness and ID verification checks in the sandbox account, replace the firstName of the entity with an item from the below list to trigger it's corresponding refer/fail outcome:

Note that real documents can be used to obtain pass outcomes.

Address & Mortality 

In our demo environment, we don't utilise live consumer credit data so Address & Mortality checks will return a refer result in most cases.

To spoof a pass result in an Address & Mortality check, run the check against the details provided below. Note that these details should be provided in the request body when completing one-off checks (Address, DOB and Mortality | API : Partner Support ), or can be entered into the personal details form when completing a process as an end-user. Note that the address lookup within the form will not function for the postcode so the address will need to be entered manually.

PEPs & Sanctions

In our demo environment, you can run PEPs & Sanctions search on real individuals who are politically exposed or subject to sanctions. For example, Kier Starmer, Vladimir Putin, and Donald Trump can all be used to obtain PEP & Sanction matches.

Proof of Ownership

Proof of Ownership checks do not utilise live data in our demo environment. You can use the below postcodes to spoof certain outcomes for the proof of ownership check. Note that the other items of the address (Line 1, Line 2, City etc) can be input as any value as only the postcode is considered to trigger the outcomes.
