Ability to export IDV only PDF – via Portal

We have implemented the ability for a client to generate an IDV only PDF export. This can be done by clicking the ‘ID Verification’ active check card – there is then a ‘View PDF’ button at the top of the screen which will allow the user to download the PDF which will contain the Cover Page, Liveness and ID Document elements (Both Biometric and Supporting Documents where applicable)


Ability to export IDV only PDF – via API

We have implemented the ability for a client to generate an IDV only PDF export.

The client user will need to initially retrieve the IDVEntryID via the /api/v2/ci/entities/{entityId}/idv-entries endpoint and then use this along with the EntityID to request the PDF export. This can be done using a new endpoint created within the IDV entry section - /api/v2/ci/entities/{entityId}/idv-entries/{entryId}/pdf

The response will include a link to download the PDF file.


API Key Restrictions

We have implemented restrictions to enhance security around the access granted to API client users using an API key by API client users. What this means is that only data linked to the portal that the API key has been generated for will be able to be retrieved. Any clients with multiple portals will need to use an API key generated for the specific portal they wish to access data from.


Restricting file upload types

To prevent issues with being able to export supporting evidence we have implemented restrictions on what file types can be uploaded as supporting documents / evidence. We have accommodated the majority of image file types and documents. The end user will be advised the file type is not an acceptable format for anything outside of these.


eSign document loading icon

Where an eSign document has a large volume of forms and items being populated into it there can be a slight delay when the document generates. We have added a loading icon where this occurs so that the end user is advised that the document is loading as the blank screen was previously confusing to some users.


Proof of Ownership – Title Register results

We recently released development that when are multiple Title Register options returned for a property, we indicate if the Proof of Ownership results are a Pass/Fail/Refer for that property. We have now ordered these results so that the Pass results show first – this will further improve the visibility for the client user to see which Title Register result is most likely to be relevant.


Bugs

OGM – Existing PEP & Sanctions Checks

For new ongoing monitoring results, we encountered some issues were previous results were not being displayed. This has been rectified and all previous results will now be showing.


Invite reminders being issued late / after process complete

We have rectified an issue with invite reminders being issued late or even post completion of a process.


Issue with validation of mobile numbers user on invite wizard via Magic Link

We have rectified an issue around the leading 0 being omitted when sending an invite. The lack of the leading 0 was causing an error and the invite to fail. Where the dial code is UK and the 0 is omitted we now automatically add this to ensure that the invite can be issued successfully.
