Additional Information – Supporting / Non Biometric Documents

We have implemented the ability to display an additional information page prior to the document selection page of an IDV step. This can be configured within the journey configuration and can display custom text on a new page prior to the end user selecting the document type.

Ability to upload file for supporting/non-biometric document

We have added the ability for the end user to upload a file rather than be required to capture an image of any supporting/non-biometric documents as part of an IDV check. This will allow users to upload digital copies of documents rather than taking an image of multiple pages of documents. End users will simply be presented with a ‘Capture’ or ‘Upload File’ button to select.

Rich text improvements

We have improved the capabilities within the native application to handle and display additional formatting such as bold/underlines text, bullet points, word spacing, hyperlinks and paragraph spacing. These will allow terms documents viewed within the app to reflect the web view more closely.

Long Text/ Rich Text input improvements

We have improved the input fields of long text and rich text question types within Forms steps. This brings it in line with the formatting of the input fields of long text and rich text question types within the iOS app.

Improvements to error messaging when address not found

Where an end user searches for an address using the postcode look up item – we have improved the error messaging where the address is not found to advise the user.

Additional navigation buttons

We have added in back buttons within the IDV steps when and end user reaches the document selection page in an RTX journey. This will allow them to navigate back to the previous step should the wish to change the desired path.

Credas logo updates

System default logos have been updated as part of our ongoing integration project worked on with Dye & Durham. We will be continuing to update the logo within other elements including default emails as part of the ongoing project.

Change ICAO Masterlist to German Masterlist

We have changed our Masterlist provider (used to help validate NFC scans) from the ICAO to one provided by the German government. This provides a slightly higher percentage of coverage. Users will see no difference.

Separator title on Forms questions

We have added the ability to have a title on separator questions inside a form. This is part of our ongoing project to create uniformity between the Native and Web apps.

Bugs

Drivers License image capture guide

We have resolved an issue with the sizing of the yellow box that provides a guide to end users as to where the camera should be held to capture the drivers license image.

Some users with space in forename experience crash when logging in

We have resolved an issue where some users with a space in their forename eg “Mary Kate” were experiencing a crash. This was an intermittent bug and did not affect all users with a space in their first name. This has now been fixed.
