Resetting Passwords & Pins

If you have forgotten your log-in details for the Credas platform, click the forgotten log-in details which can be seen in the image below. Alternatively, you can ask your portal admin to reset your password or pin using the steps outlined below.

Resetting another user's password or pin

1. To reset a users log-in details, you will need to access the Admin Portal. To access it you need to click on the 'Portal' drop down within the header of your portal. You will then be presented with a drop down list. If you cannot see an option for 'Admin Portal', you do not have the relevant permissions and will need to speak to your administrator to add the relevant permissions.

2. Once within the Admin Portal, you can reset someone's login details by clicking the Actions button (ellipses) of a user.

3. This will bring up the actions menu, which will allow you to:

  • copy a reset password link for the user
  • send a reset password email for the user
  • set a temporary password for the user
  • set a temporary pin for the user

Please note - if you set a temporary password or pin for a user, they will need to change this temporary password or pin as soon as they log in.
